Word 2007 (DOCX) format:

Right-Click this link, (photo-quality, 266 KB), then select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" (depending on your browser type; one-button mouse users will need to hold the CONTROL key also) to download the Word version of the document file with a name extension of DOCX.

Choose a type of paper to print on. (I use this high-quality, heavyweight, matte-finish on both sides paper: Hewlett Packard C7007A)

Open the document. Select the print option. Click the "Properties" button for the printer. Specify the proper Paper Type and a Print Quality of "BEST".

5.

Print a bunch to share with others. (This 2-sided full-sheet printout can be converted to a 4-page booklet, just fold it along the middle.)
