If your display is 1024x768 resolution, it is strongly recommended that you switch the browser window to FULL SCREEN mode.  To do that within Internet Explorer, just press F11 on your keyboard.  Higher resolutions will provide more convenient navigation, but that is not necessary for viewing the pages.  Lower resolutions may make viewing difficult; fortunately, you can just save the image then open the file afterward within Internet Explorer (it will automatically scale to a size that will fit properly).
